Air Fryer Garlic Lemon Shrimp
Shrimp marinated in garlic butter and lemon, cooked in the air fryer in 8 minutes until pink and opaque throughout.

If necessary, peel and devein the shrimp, then rinse and pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels. Mince the garlic and squeeze the lemon juice.

In a large bowl, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat thoroughly.

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F), then arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the basket.

Cook for 4 minutes, shake the basket or flip the shrimp, then cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until pink and opaque.
