Air Fryer Cod Fillet
A flaky, flavourful cod fillet ready in 17 minutes — light, healthy, and surprisingly simple.

Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels. Brush with olive oil, then sprinkle evenly with garlic powder, paprika, and salt.

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes, then place the fillets in the basket in a single layer without overlapping.

Cook for 10 to 12 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches 63°C (145°F) internally. No need to flip. Squeeze the half lemon over the fillets before serving.
