Oven-Baked Salmon
Flaky salmon fillet with lemon and dill, ready in under 20 minutes — a weeknight staple.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the salmon skin-side down on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Scatter the sliced garlic over the top. Lay 2–3 thin lemon slices on top of each fillet and add a few dill sprigs.

Bake for 12–14 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is opaque throughout — internal temperature of 63°C (145°F). Do not flip. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
