Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Brush the frozen thighs lightly with olive oil, then coat all sides with the spice mix. No need to thaw.

Place the thighs skin-side up in the basket in a single layer. Cook at 200°C for 18 minutes, flip, then cook another 17 minutes until the skin is golden and crispy.
