Slow cooker pulled chicken
Chicken so tender it shreds with a fork — 5 minutes of prep, the slow cooker does the rest.
Steps

Slice the onion and place it on the bottom of the slow cooker. Mix garlic powder, paprika, and salt, then rub the mixture all over the chicken.

Place the chicken over the onion and pour in the broth.

Cook on high for 3 hours (or low for 6 hours).

Remove the chicken and shred with two forks. Return to the cooking juices and serve.
